Ferrari is known by its emblem, the Prancing Horse.
Among its newer models, the Purosangue is the first four-door four-seater in the company's history. Its name is Italian for thoroughbred. It boasts a V12 engine (twelve-cylinder piston engine).
Twelve cylinder engines were first used in racing boats, built in London in 1904 at Putney Motor Works.
