Law and Poetry Intertwined

Sir John Davies (SJ) was both an Elizabethan lawyer and poet.

His poetry brought him into contact with Good Queen Bess (Elizabeth I, Queen Elizabeth I, born in Greenwich) whose reign became known as the Elizabethan Era.
